Yeti has lost his home.
Once he lived high up on snow-covered mountaintops, but now he is on the run. He is searching for a new place where he can feel welcome – yet that proves far from simple. In an unfamiliar land, surrounded by people who turn away from him, he feels lost and out of place. Until he meets a girl who listens, who sees him with open eyes.

In a setting filled with trampolines and obstacles, Yeti and the girl discover a world of play and wonder. Dance, music and a touch of magic intertwine in a physical and visual performance for all ages. A story about friendship, displacement and letting go of what you know. About finding the courage to embrace the unknown.

Yeti is an ode to being different.
In a time when fear and polarization often dominate the headlines, Plan d- invites you to look with curiosity at what seems unfamiliar. With humour, imagination and lightness, the performance shows that the unknown can be a source of fantasy, resilience and connection.

Randprogramma – In de Voetsporen van Yeti

Het avontuur begint nog vóór het doek opengaat.

Bij In de Voetsporen van Yeti stappen kinderen spelenderwijs in de wereld van Yeti – het grote vriendelijke sneeuwmonster. Al spelend raken we vertrouwd met wat de voorstelling aanraakt: Vriendschap, verandering en de moed om anders te zijn in een wereld die smelt als een ijsje.

Via vijf kleine ontdekkingen leren we meer over wie Yeti is en wat hem beweegt. Vul het grote Yeti vriendenboek in, teken zijn portret, volg zijn voetstappen en dompel je onder in de wereld van de eeuwige sneeuw.
